Gracious Gatherings by Pat, Inc is an event planning company that offers planning, catering and floral services for its clients. Pat Ward established Gracious Gatherings five years ago. The company has grown to serve the Metro Atlanta area as well as destination events in Georgia and Florida.
We offer staffing and detail planning from site location to gifts for your guests. From the food to flowers, every detail is given special attention to make your event unique and special.

Details and Design:
We offer menus and staffing for dinners, receptions and parties for 20 to 300. Special pricing is offered for guests' table service, passed appetizers, and linens for the event. From formal dinners to our version of a southern luau, premium food, beautiful table decorations and professional staffing, Gracious Gatherings by Pat is committed to assisting you in making your special occasion unique and beautiful.
We offer box lunch delivery or buffets on site for business meetings and outings. Gracious Gatherings by Pat can aid you in finding the right location or vendors (such as tent rental, deejays, and videographers) for those special needs.

Pricing and fees:
All events require a deposit to be paid at the time of booking and paid in full one month prior to the event. The deposit is applied to the event cost but is nonrefundable in case of cancellation. At this time, a "Guidelines and Requirements" contract must be signed and submitted with the deposit.
Meals start at $15.95 per person and floral arrangements start at $20 each.
Event planning begins with a free 2 hour session. After that, planning fees are $60 per hour with a minimum of 8 hours.
Only payments in cash or checks payable to Gracious Gatherings by Pat, Inc are accepted.
